Great question! Here at Casalume, we want to simplify life for you as a realtor. You'll start on our "Shop" page and pick out the kind of sign you want to customize - a listing sign, an open house pointer, riders, etc. After using our in-site customizer to fill in your contact information, you'll order as many signs as you want.

After you check out, our partners start making your signs to your exact specifications and then send them to our warehouse to store.

Your signs stay safe with us until you're ready to install them at a listing. You can schedule an installation by day and location for any of your signs in our warehouse and one of our specialized installation team members will take care of the rest.

Every time we install a sign, we take a picture of it and upload that with a confirmation of installation. When you've made your sale and want to remove those signs, just schedule a sign removal and we'll get those signs back into our warehouse and waiting for your next installation request!

That's right, you never have to leave your house, carry around bulky signs and frames, or find time in your showing schedule to install the signs! Just log in to our site, fill out our forms, and watch it happen.

Standard Casalume subscriptions includes 8 trips per month to install, remove, or change signs. Each month when your subscription payment completes your trips will replenish back up to 8. Members that pay for subscription yearly get added flexibility. Yearly subscriptions are credited 96 trips which averages out to 8 each month. Yearly subscribers can use their trips as needed, they can spend more than 8 trips in a given month if needed.

If you anticipate needing more than 8 trips in a month, consider opting for the yearly subscription schedule. Yearly subscribers get a total of 96 trips for the year and can spend them as needed including using more than 8 in a given month.

Casalume subscribers may purchase individual extra trips from the shop.

Lets say you installed a sign through our service then wanted the sign removed after a house or property sold. You would submit a removal request.
Now lets say you already had a sign located at a property that we didn't install. You would submit a pickup request. To sum it up, submit a removal request if we installed the sign or submit a pickup request if you or someone else installed the sign.

Casalume subscribers can bring existing signs to our warehouse and have them checked in to the inventory system for installation and removal management.

We install signs throughout most of the Kansas City metro area. The map below shows the area we will send our installation team to.

Yes, our service includes cleaning the signs after removal. So they are clean, presentable, and ready to be installed next time. Any aesthetic damage will be reported upon the sign's removal, along with photographs.
