How does Casalume work?
Great question! Here at Casalume, we want to simplify life for you as a realtor. You'll start on our "Shop" page and pick out the kind of sign you want to customize - a listing sign, an open house pointer, riders, etc. After using our in-site customizer to fill in your contact information, you'll order as many signs as you want.
After you check out, our partners start making your signs to your exact specifications and then send them to our warehouse to store.
Your signs stay safe with us until you're ready to install them at a listing. You can schedule an installation by day and location for any of your signs in our warehouse and one of our specialized installation team members will take care of the rest.
Every time we install a sign, we take a picture of it and upload that with a confirmation of installation. When you've made your sale and want to remove those signs, just schedule a sign removal and we'll get those signs back into our warehouse and waiting for your next installation request!
That's right, you never have to leave your house, carry around bulky signs and frames, or find time in your showing schedule to install the signs! Just log in to our site, fill out our forms, and watch it happen.
